Mills has gone above and beyond from the original assistance of purchasing our home to the final selling of it three years later. He made our decisions a top priority when assessing any criteria brought upon him. He made sure we were included in any and all decisions and kept our best interest close to him at all times. Mills and the Realty One team made our home selling process easy, even with us living out of state. They truly took care of everything you would expect and far more. From negotiating with buyers to coordinating for our previous renters mail to be returned. If you need a realtor in North Carolina I can’t recommend him enough.

Moving states my family and I had the pleasure of having Mills help us through our transition. As stressful as it can be, he ensure us that he would do his best to help us through it all. We travel to the local area on a weekend to look at a few houses. We discussed that we are intending to leave with an offer accepted as to avoid traveling back a second time. Not only did he deliver on our request but our offer was accepted same day and negotiate on behalf of our best interests. All of which were accepted as well. I can’t thank this man enough and look forward to working with him in the future. Having dealt with a few realtors, I understand the experiences varies. Mills is a honest, trustworthy and always he acted on our intentions as if they were he’s own and did not budge. Even months after closure he continue to assist us. Excellent service and great person, I highly recommend!
